Hi there! I have been serving customers for over 20 years and have been a trailblazer in Customer Success for more than 15 years. Customer Success is a massive passion of mine. I’ve worked with a number of fast growing start-ups and larger companies that are all looking for answers to the complex world we now live in. The world of enlightened customers.

I’ve also helped dozens of Customer Success teams and individual leaders with their Customer Success strategies. My goal is to not only focus on the current opportunities but to help people advance their careers and build the profession of customer success.

Enlightened Customers is designed to help those in Customer Success based on my past experiences – both good and bad.
